Server #13 is down (we are working on it) UPDATE 2
UPDATE 2: Primary system disk has been replaced and the operating system was reinstalled by the technicians on the data center. Our Root is now working on configuring the server and re-installing all the needed services.

UPDATE: We are changing the main hard drive on the server as it was corrupted. ALL CLIENT DATA IS PRESERVED AND FULLY INTACT.

FTP Passwords Updated
As per Norton Security recommendations each web host should reset all FTP passwords at least once every 6 months.

We follow these recommendations and changed your password to the random string. You can view your new FTP password by logging on to members area and clicking on "CPanel" -> "View FTP Details". You can change this password to anything else by "CPanel" -> "Change Account Password".

You can disable security measures
If you consistently getting "Possible security problem detected!" errors during login to members area, now you can disable these security measures by logging on to members area and clicking on your email.
